Vertical bands in photo are an artifact of camera exposure and screen update, the screen looks great to the eye

The E and I inputs may be used to measure a voltage, a current and the phase angle (I lag E). The meter also calculates and displays Watts, Vars, Voltamps and Power Factor. The CTMP offers metering functions designed to perform "in service" or "load" testing of power system meter and relay circuits. Voltage and current measurement accuracy is +/- 0.4%. Angle measurement is 0-360 degrees, resolution 1 degree, accuracy +/- 1 degree. Voltage input range is 0-150 VAC, current range 0-6 A. These ranges are optimized for connection to typical PT and CT secondary circuits. The CTMP now offers, in addition to the hardwire input, a clamp probe input that provides for current measurement when a meter jack is not available. This input also enhances safety by eliminating the possibility of opening a CT during test activity. Current range when using the supplied Fluke i200s clamp-probe is 0-10 amps and measurement accuracy is 1.5%. Other clamp probes may be used and current measurement to several thousand amps is available. The screen and functionality while using the clamp on are identical to the hardware selection. A menu allows selection of the current measurement input.

The clamp on permits the measurement of two currents and is convenient for commissioning tests of differential relays. In the picture above I1 is the current measured by the "duckbill" or "hardwire" probe connected to the I1 binding posts. CL is the current measured by the clamp on. The angle is the angle between the currents.

The unit allows measurement of ratio and polarity of energized CT's installed in low voltage equipment. The Clamp on used for this test is the standard Fluke I200S set to the 10MV/A range allowing measurement of primary current from 1 to 100AMPS.The I1 input is connected to the CT secondary using a "duckbill" metering probe. The unit measures the two currents, displays the angle and calculates the ratio to 5. The unit may be ordered with optional clamp probes for primary currents to 1000 amps and is delivered calibrated to the probes you order.
